Materials: Worsted Weight yarn: 60 ounces
Size Q crochet hook
GAUGE: 9 hdc and 5 rows = 6"
NOTE: Entire afghan is worked holding two strands of yarn
together.

Directions: Ch 104 LOOSELY.
Row 1(Right side): Hdc in third ch from hook and in each ch across:
102 hdc.
Row 2: Ch 2, turn; hdc in horizontal loop BELOW front loop of same
st and in horizontal loop BELOW front loop of each hdc
across.

Rep Row 2 until afghan measures approx. 47" from beg, ending by
working a WRONG side row; do NOT finish off.
LAST row: With RIGHT side facing, ch 1, sc in horizontal loop BELOW
front loop of same st and in horizontal loop BELOW front loop
of each hdc across; do NOT finish off.

Edging: With RIGHT side facing, ch 1, sc in same st (corner);
working in end of rows, sc in end of each row across to next
corner, sc in corner; working in free loops of beg ch, sc in
each st across to next corner, sc in corner; working in end of
rows, sc in end of each row across; join with sl st to beg sc
of last row; finish off.
You may fringe short ends of afghan using 6 strands of yarn.
